2011 Community Grants Results
The Grants have been announced and are inculded in the tallys however awaiting presentations.
The Michael's Supa IGA Community Fund was established to cater for the on going needs in the community. Initially it was for the Indonesian Tsunami appeal, then the devastating local drought and the Bushfire Appeal.
In 2010 Michael's Supa IGA in Leongatha and Korumburra announced a $20,000 fund as a result of the fundraising in 2009 - 2010 and sought submissions from interested groups in the community that had special funding needs. Again in 2011 another $20,000 has been raised above and over the $13,000 raised for the 2011 Floods.
